love the description of the mountain village – makes me appreciate the snow a little. I would really like to wait until next winter to appreciate it again.

I got a couple of pictures from our nephew in Round Rock. He said the world as he knew it had ended. Snow in Austin! But I do remember going to San Antonio several years back and they got snowed in with LOTS of snow. So it does happen! Enjoy it. I am ready for ours to go away for a bit.

Remember the story about the Raleigh man or maybe Watkins knocking on Mamma Wms door without an answer? A little later Mamma and 3 or 4 year old Durward were at a neighbors down the road when the man came by there and remarked that he had been by their house earlier. Your to-be-dad responded,”We hid under the bed. That’s what we did. We hid under the bed.” So you didn’t get all of it from your mother’s side.

Michael was a godley man. He loved the Lord with everything he had insode of his heart. There are many things no on ewill know about Mike. One thing is for sure is that his mempry will live in all of us for many years to come. I miss hom like I have never missed anyone before. He holds a special place in my heart and that of this family. we will all miss him. If you have never known him then you have missed out altogether. He was blessed and knew it. But never dod he ever boast or brag about it. He did what any God Loving Christian would do…and that is to live his life to the fullest and serve those aroung them.

Love you and miss you Michael! We will meet again someday in the heavens above face to face with our Savior Jesus….
